Untitled poem by Tariel Kharkhelauri from the book The Symphony of Life, 2012.

So,
Let’s play, it’s not that hard.
Don’t cling to salvaged days,
If the body is free, then the soul is spared.
Life chooses the rules for us.
You don’t like that?
Perhaps you don’t.
But no one will ask you,
And every person will have to follow another.
Why are you still looking?
Why worry about enjoying the mercy that has been thrown your way?
Why are you still looking?
Beyond the stars,
Space has been painted black by the phantom,
Life will choose your mask
And will place it over your face.
